At solereth.com, you can always return items within 30 days. Request a return form from our customer service and include it in the package.

Once we receive the package in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to the account used for the order.

Return

Send an email to admin@solereth.com with the following details:

Order number Name of the order Email address used to place the order Your request for the return form Returned items must be in a resalable condition. Used and/or liquid items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

If you received the order damaged, please make sure to include a photo of the damaged item.

We will promptly process your email to initiate the return process.

Conditions for Returns:

You bear the risk of return shipping if the item is lost or arrives damaged during transport (therefore, we recommend sending items back insured). Products must be returned within the 30-day return period, starting from the day you receive your items. The item is in its original condition and packaging. Hygiene products such as underwear, tights, bras, etc., cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please email us first at admin@solereth.com, and we will assist you promptly with the return process.

Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.
